French bombshell dubbed ‘the most beautiful girl in the world’ as a kid gets married at 25
Thylane Blondeau, the model famously crowned the “most beautiful girl in the world” as a child, has married French actor and DJ Ben Attal, 29. The couple wed on Monday, June 29, 2026, in a town hall ceremony at the Mairie du 16ème arrondissement in Paris.
The newlyweds arrived at the venue together in a platinum Porsche 356 Speedster, a non-traditional entrance greeted by guests snapping photos and videos. Blondeau, 25, wore a custom all-white floor-length gown by Eva Bouskila Bridal featuring a chic capelet. She completed the look with a chignon embellished with white flowers, Dior cosmetics, and a bouquet of cream-colored calla lilies. Attal wore a navy suit with a white shirt and slicked-back curly hair.
The wedding follows a whirlwind engagement that began in March during a romantic getaway to Greece. Attal proposed at the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel on the Athens Riviera, a venue with views of the Aegean Sea. According to reports, Attal created a scene by the sea with candles and a trail of red rose petals leading to an outdoor table. Blondeau announced the engagement on Instagram with photos of the coastal setting and a large diamond set in a solid gold band, writing, I said yes to my best friend. Here’s to forever.
Blondeau and Attal first went “Instagram official” in January 2019 and began dating in 2020. This relationship followed Blondeau's previous partnership with French DJ Milane Meritte.
A Childhood in the Spotlight
The bride's relationship with global fame began at age three when she was first scouted. By age four, she walked for Jean Paul Gaultier after the designer insisted she appear the following day, despite her mother’s initial hesitation regarding the lack of an agency. In 2006, at age six, Vogue Enfants dubbed her the “most beautiful girl in the world,” a title that propelled her to international superstardom.
Blondeau continued to break barriers in the industry, becoming the youngest model to pose for Vogue Paris at age 10. That 2010 editorial, titled “Quel Maquillage à Quel Âge?” (“What Makeup at What Age?”), drew criticism from those who felt the images sexualized the pre-teen by posing her in high heels, makeup, and short, low-cut dresses. Her mother, fashion designer Veronika Loubry, later defended the shoot to a French newspaper, noting that the most shocking element was a necklace worth 3 million Euros.
The “most beautiful” accolade returned in 2018 when Blondeau topped TC Candler’s annual awards list. However, the model has frequently distanced herself from the label. In an interview with The Telegraph, she remarked that as a child she was simply playing with my iPad
and later added, No, I’m still not, I’m just a human being, a teenager.
Career and Personal Evolution
Beyond the early titles, Blondeau built a professional career walking for Dolce & Gabbana at Milan Fashion Week in 2017 and serving as a brand ambassador for L’Oreal. She also became the face of a Lolita Lempicka perfume and appeared in a Spring 2017 campaign alongside Presley Gerber, Lucky Blue Smith, and Zendaya. During a period living in Kensington, West London, she was neighbors and friends with Brooklyn Beckham.
Blondeau has also pushed back against industry norms. She has stated she would not adhere to size 0 beauty standards, noting, I eat burgers. I’m not going to change this ever.
She has since pivoted into entrepreneurship, founding a clothing line called No Smile in 2020 and a hair care brand, ENALYHT.
Her personal life has been marked by both high-profile success and loss. The daughter of retired footballer Patrick Blondeau and TV presenter Veronika Loubry, she recently mourned the death of her mother's partner, producer Gerard Kadoche. Kadoche passed away in December after a battle with pancreatic cancer. Blondeau paid tribute to him on social media, calling him a true warrior
and promising to make him proud of her brand.
